BATTLING WITH MY ASSIGNMENT HELP NEEDED!

I am seriously struggling with this assignment and I'm starting to lose it. The cutoff is fast approaching and I just don't get the material. I've tried different approaches, but nothing seems to help. At this point, I'm feeling totally defeated. Maybe if I could just get some assistance I could finish it. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
